No mention of four flights of stairs to get to elevator. However, I do like sound proof windows.

This is our fourth stay at this hotel and it has always been consistently lovely. Wonderful staff, rooms, location - we couldn't have asked for more.

We had a lovely stay. Great location. The staff was fantastic--every person we dealt with was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and kind. The shower was small and the water temperature was a bit difficult to control, but everything was clean and nice. It may be worth noting that we experienced quite a bit of street noise (revelers) each night, so don't plan to sleep with the windows open.

My brother and I were given the wrong room the first night of our stay. The woman at the front desk that night was extremely rude did not apologize for the inconvenience or try to make any accommodation to fix the situation until the next day. This I was willing to overlook

A beautiful quaint hotel with perfect shopping location and even better service.

Property is in a great location walkable to any place in the core of Florence. We met a lovely young lady who served breakfast. Her name is Georgia. She was sweet and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our breakfast. Breakfast was decent provided many options but could be a little better in my opinion. If you have heavy luggage, feel free to buzz when you arrive and they will provide assistance. There is an elevator, but it’s only accessible from the second floor.Was there in the month of June, AC works really well and the unit had some decent upgrades like being able to charge your phone from the bedroom bed headboard and descent wifi, steamer and blow dryer, clean high end cotton sheets and comfortable pillows and mattress. I would recommend staying.

Absolutely phenomenal hotel! I cannot say enough things great things about it. It was everything and more than we’d hoped for.
