A beautiful, modern hotel with very friendly staff. The food at the hotel restaurant is excellent. The location feels safe and everything is close by :historic sites, shops, and restaurants.

Staff very friendly and helpful!

Very good hotel.

The helpful, friendly staff at the front desk were awesome. One even remembered my name and brought tea for my sick friend. We arrived shortly after 8 and we’re not given an early check in, despite that being one of the bonuses offered. We did end up getting in about an hour early. Friends were given discount vouchers for tourist attractions. We were not.

Amazing spot. Super safe upscale neighbourhood in beautiful Santiago. Great staff. Great food. Beautiful surroundings. Couldn't have been better. Thanks for a great stay!

Spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly. There is no laundromat, only laundry service.

Front desk was helpful. At night on the 15th floor was noisy. Close to shopping centers , safe walking around

El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones no funcionaba de manera óptima. La ventana tenía una apertura pequeña , entendiéndose por temas de seguridad, pero esto acentuaba la falta de aire.

Amazing hotel with an unrivaled location in Santiago. I fell in love with Santiago because of the excellent experience I had at the Novotel.

Hotel with spacious, clean rooms, very good location. It has a large swimming pool. The breakfast is very good.
