Property did not have a pool nor a sauna working, and based on local guests comments, these facilities have not worked for many years

Check in was careless. The apartment was OK but a bit decayed.

A good hotel in a great location, it was a pity the bar and restaurant were closed, which I was not informed of at the time of booking, may restaurants close by.

Excellent for Business - local Mall for shopping & food courts & restaurants, hotel food great, breakfasts good, front desk friendly & helpful.

Staff is very polite but hotel needs to improve the cleanliness, details but important. This is a 4 stars hotel and apply white lamps instead more comfortable lights in the room.

Nice hotel but needs improvement. Excelent staff. Bad restaurant (pizzas only 2 options and juices only 1 option). I did not like the fat pillows.

Rooms as clean, the staff are very friendly, good breakfast and the very close to the mall.

I stayed there last week and it was better. This time, the room was nice and confortable but it is useless to have a stove and microwave when I didn’t have any cutlery or plates. Not even a decent glass. Pool was closed. The gym didn’t have AC, no towels and the equiptment wasn’t clean. The breakfast options were very limited and always ran out of food.

The hotel was good and clean. Attentive staff. Breakfast far overpriced.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is located in an área with good restaurants and close to a mall.The breakfas is good and you can order deliciuos food to eat in your room.

I always stay at the mercure when I visit Brasilia. The hotel is great hotel and in the best location if you are looking for convenience
