Staff was nice. Room was clean. Food was good for both dinner and breakfast.

This was a very nice hotel, hot because there is no AC. The grounds were very lovely, but the restaurant was a little strange. But the food was overall good.

Our stay was fine.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful! They had a kids club with childcare and a free shuttle to the ski resort. The shopping center wasn’t too far either. We prepaid for breakfast and we were pleased with the selection of food.

Hotel is set in stunning surroundings. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed everything about our stay.

Pros: - Location; only 5-10 min drive to the main city centre with all its shops, close enough to benefit from the city life but away from the hustle and bustle. Also very close to La Massana. - Spacious room - Modern and clean room and bathrooms - Great views - The premises are really nice; nice landscaping - Free parking. Extra parking lot across the street as well in case the parking is full. - Friendly and helpful staff; they were able to help me organize a Caldea spa visit. - Elevator - Fridge in room Cons: - Could benefit from improving soundproofing. It was mentioned in other reviews. We could hear what was going on in neighboring rooms and hallways. - The pillows were particularly uncomfortable (this is not something I usually note) - If not coming by car, it is a little bit of a climb from the main road, where the bus drops you off (the bus system is great in Andorra by the way!) Overall we had an excellent stay, it was a great value for money and we highly recommend it!

Very noisy. It's next to a very busy road and the noise is even throughout the night. It's a deal-breaker for me. So we didn't stay one more night as we were thinking about it. One of the female staff at breakfast was very rude. The breakfast wasn't included and we thought that like in all other hotels we'd pay for it at the checkout. But as we were leaving the dining hall, she loudly shouted breakfast and pointed at her cash register. I asked can we pay when we checkout. She rudely said: No, now! Eventually, their machine couldn't take our card and we had to go to the reception. I asked the receptionist did we have to pay at the dining hall. He said, no. That woman serving at the restaurant should be sent for a major retraining. She was morose during the breakfast itself too - unwillingly showed where things were, etc.

The hotel is very good. Rooms are spacious - linens good - views amazing.

The views from the spa were amazing.

Great place to get away from the cold mountains. Only missed temperature control for room for occupants with hours of heat working and need a room card key to keep electricity on. Great spa access with restaurant and friendly reception with Sofia! Great views!

Hotel is located near Andorra city center and easy access to sky resorts , we were traveling with our 3 year old daughter and she was not allowed to enter Spa facilities .Staff is friendly and Breakfast is good . Rooms are spacious but temperature was too high during the night , dificult to adjust the heater

We enjoyed a weekend here and it was nice, the team went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The resort at the time of our visit had plenty of children but that's not surprising given that schools are out for summer. The location is also a short drive to downtown however because of overhanging proximity to the freeway, some rooms can be noisy from the cars. The pool is a nice addition.

Everything about the place was top class, including the staff. Not to far from downtown and close to everything that's needed, can't wait to go back.

Lovely hotel in a nice quiet area, within walking distance to a nice restaurant in Sispony called Moli Dels Fanals. Small spa area, nice to relax in but the sauna wasn't working.

This Hotel was Excellent large room with a small Balcony.High standard of cleanliness. Stone building with lots of flower boxes very pretty. Reception were so helpful went to the trouble of finding out information for Fly Fishing. Restaurant was Excellent as well. It was no problem for them to cater for our dietary needs . Parking was free outside. Enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was excellent the service was great and they went out of their way to make sure our accommodations for the next leg of our journey were in place before we left the hotel.
