They rooms need updating . Not everything worked. Only warm water in the shower

My flight got delayed twice and I arrived late at the hotel but they still waited for me. This is a nice hotel to spend a few nights in and there are also a lot of good food options walking distance. It’s also a few minutes from downtown and allowed me to go to work easily. The only thing I would improve is the breakfast menu, it’s not too bad but could be better, especially the bacons.

Breakfast was good and loved the keurig in the room. Room was set at 61 on arrival and cold!

The Sleep Inn has a lot of room for improvement. The lobby is nice. Pool area is clean. My room was not great. Rips in the carpet. Stains on the curtain. The bedding was nice and clean. One of our dressers had a broken top/drawer. Tv did not work at all. At least half of the outlets didn't work, including the lamp outlets by the beds. The shower had hairs on the floor that didn't belong to us. The sink dripped constantly. A/C didn't work correctly; room was stuffy, but we brought a fan. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very nice, clean and well-rounded. Overall - would not return.

Food

Rooms are dated. Room smelled musty. The AC unit was extremely loud in the room we were in.

no instructions to turn on/use the tv - had to go to front desk bathroom mirror had not been cleaned - rusty tub drain tiny ironing board was worthless - too small for the job and wouldnt stand up - had to go to the front desk Washer was out of order - i had a spill in bathroom bag - had to rinse it out in the tub

Pool was freezing cold

I liked the price and the front desk staff was really helpful

Good service and clean room

This was just a stopover for my daughter and I in the middle of a 19 hour drive. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was great! Breakfast was so-so... The staff was really nice!

Overall it was a place to stay and that’s what we needed. Maintenance in our room could be improved a bit, could see the light outside through our window unit, there was no fan in the bathroom so some mold was on the ceiling and just seemed like it needed a good deep clean. It was clean enough to stay in but could use a bit of a touch up! Front desk was friendly and overall it was sufficient for what was needed.

Very convenient location and the room was well equipped and comfortable. Friendly staff and nice amenities.

Great stay!

Once we checked in it felt like gnats was trying to fly around me as I opened the door Room was not clean. Hair still in the drain visible. Stains on carpet and some spot on the wall Neighbor was having an adult fun time with door open as well Was refunded our money back but have yet to see a credit to my account. Was only on property for one hour after we had booked a 2 night stay.

Clean , friendly

Positives are that it is in a good area, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, close to downtown, breakfast options were good and the staff was very friendly every time I interacted with them. Negatives were mostly within our room. Upon entering there was a pretty bad musty smell and maybe the faint smell of cigarette smoke. We noticed over the course of our stay that all of our clothing seemed to be holding water/was damp, the carpet and bedding was as well from the conditions in the room. I am not sure if there is a bit of mold issue going on or if the air conditioner was bad and that was causing it but not a hotel I would be able to stay at again due to these situations. Hotel is older and was updated probably many years ago but there are some elements that are still dated/need to be replaced, example was shower door was rusted in places, lights threw a breaker and stopped working just from using my hairdryer and flat iron. The room conditions were very bad for me as someone with asthma and allergies. It was kind of expensive for me based on these issues. Wouldn’t stay again.
