3-night stay in Rome to start off our European vacation. Nice hotel. Good location. Clean, safe. Location was not what we expected - thought it would have been more walkable to attractions. We had to take taxis or Ubers - which was very expensive in Rome. Highlight was the close proximity to Borghese Park - a very nice surprise - we went twice. Highly recommend the hop on hop off bus - there is a stop close to the hotel.

My stay at Alvbani Hotel Rome was spectacular. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very well organized, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The staff provided excellent service at all times—always kind and willing to help. Without a doubt, I would stay at this hotel again in the future. Thank you for such outstanding service!

Good hotel but a little far from major attractions

All the staff at the front desk that I encountered were great. The Hotel did not have the A/C on in the rooms, only in the common areas and it was hot while I was there(80). There are no washcloths in the bathroom and the hotel does not have one iron or ironing board available. No ice machines either and trying to get ice from the staff was difficult. Additionally, the bar is not open during the day however were able to get a server to serve us a drink. The hotel is about a 45 minute walk to the either the Vatican and Colosseum. Lots of places to eat, drink and shop on the way as well.
