This hotel is in a great location. The rooms are unbelievably clean and styled. The view out of the front rooms is so peaceful. The parking was a great perk. I am sorry we were only there for 1 night.

This was a clean, cozy hotel located about a five minute walk from the Plaza Mayor. They have parking located right there via an elevator. Check-in is easy because they have temporary parking for your car. The receptionists were super friendly & helpful! The beds & pillows were comfortable and the bathroom clean & well setup. There is a locker & small frig. Unfortunately, there isn’t any coffee machine in the room or a coffee bar in the lobby for guests either. The breakfast buffet is well stocked and delicious.

Room: The room is old but functional. It provides only basic things for sleeping. Cleanliness: Hair was found in the bed. Noise: Noise from the bathroom, outside areas, and neighboring rooms is clearly audible. And there is continuous noise from machinery running throughout the night. Earplugs are not available at the reception. Service: One female staff member at the reception was unprofessional and rude. Location: Good. Overall assessment: This review is a factual description of my stay rather than a complaint. Overall, the hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 4-star property.

The location is perfect. Very centre of the city, close to everything. The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. The private parking is very helpful despite a rather peculiar entrance. What can be improved? 1. Open wifi? In 2025? C'mon, guys. Besides, it's a bit slow and hangs for a minute every now and then. 2. The bathtub is very slippery, and the location of the grab bars is way too far to be useful. That's obvious liability for the hotel, something easily fixable before it creates an expensive crisis.

Great location and wonderful staff and fantastic rooms. Me and the family loved the experience although it was only for one night. The proximity to the centre is amazing.
