Todo muy bien

Todo muy limpio, pero no había tuallitas pequeñas para las manos ni pañuelos de papel (kleenex) El desayuno variado, suficiente pero con mal sabor el huevo revuelto. Lo demás muy bien.

La carpeta estaba muy sucia manchada, y las toallas blancas están viejas y de color gris parecían sucias deben cambiarlas o blanquearlas y el cuarto huele a humedad, el personal muy amable. Y el desayuno ok! El comedor limpio

The carpet in the rooms was very bad smell really bad old rooms was the same bad smell every body had the same complain

The room was pretty clean and the staff are very respectful. The breakfast was good and changes every day. The air conditioning has its good and bad moments but overall a pleasant experience.

Los alimentos venían incluidos,pero el cobro fue de más por 2 noches y estuvo muy ruidoso el cuarto .

I was in this hotel for almost a month and every single staff person made my stay very enjoyable.

Not recommended to stay there

El Atencion del personal siempre es bueno. Lamentablemente las toallas estaban sucias. La alfombra estaba sucia. Las sillas estaban sucias muy manchadas. El banquito que está en la ventana súper chorreado. En realidad la higiene es muy pobre. Los apagadores se caían las tapaderas tristemente ha decaído mucho y la instalación están muy malas condiciones.

Every single person was incredibly sweet and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to come to Ciudad Juarez. Not to mention the location… it’s incredibly close to everything.

The location is excelent

Had a 2 night stay here, hotel staff were extremely pleasant and always helpful. The room was clean and functional. The hotel, while maintained, has seen better days. The bed was not very comfortable and the couch was well worn and stained. The breakfast was adequate but we didn’t care for the coffee. Overall, good stay and good price
