The property and staff, plus the breakfast was wonderful. The area doesn't look the best. Also we had to walk a ways to get to the city center. Sometimes would take a taxi. Not many restaurants in the area either. However, the breakfast was an A+ as was the staff.

The main power point was coming from wall. But everything was good and reception was really helpful in sorting transfer from the airport

The property is conveniently located, easy walking distance to areas of interest. Its about a 30 min walk to the train station. Room is clean and light, staff are really helpful.

Nice hotel but needs new carpets

Hotel is well situated in a quiet area with lots of dining options. It’s also an easy walk to all the historic areas. We also used the hotel gym several times and we thought it was very decent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people traveling in catania.

It is acceptable, little bit away from most interesting places, carpet in the room was not in a best condition, required replacement, the hotel staff is very useful and provided all information we needed.

The staff at this hotel were excellent, however, the rooms desperately need to be renovated. Threadbare carpet, wallpaper is peeling off the walls, etc. It looks like it hasn't been renovated in 20 years, no joke.

Guy at reception was very useful as everyone else in this hotel. Rooms are cozy, breakfast is delicious. I would stay there if I am in Catania again.
