The hotel was modern, clean and had great amenities. We were met by friendly staff members who provided us with great service!

Everything was great hotel service restaurants

The front desk staff especially the red head guy were rude. The room we upgraded to had executive lounge access but the guy in reception had to ask his manager if he can give us access as we presented our Egyptian ID’s instead of the Canadian passports. The hotel and facilities are nice, it’s just the attitude of the employees that make you feel not welcome!

I had a really pleasant stay! The room was clean, quiet, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like extra towels and toiletries. The location was convenient—close to public transport. Check-in was smooth, and the host/staff were friendly and responsive. Overall, I felt safe and well taken care of. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Staff very cooperative

The JW staff and accommodations are top notch. The hotel is lovely and the personnel elevate the definition of hospitality. Ahmed at the front desk worked with me to resolve issues I had with Hotels.com, Mahmoud kindly anticipated my every need at breakfast each day, and Moustafa provided excellent service and suggestions at the Mirage Cafe in the evenings. My suggestions is to skip hotels.com entirely and book directly on their website.
