Faltou toalha todos os dias no quarto, sem falar que elas tinham mal cheiro. Ficamos 1 dia (24h) sem água quente. Demoravam p fazer reposição dos itens no café da manhã. Omelete cobrado à parte. O elevador estragou comigo e duas crianças dentro. O elevador ficou parado por 1 dia. Cama desconfortável.

O melhor do hotel foram os funcionários (a excessão de 1 rapaz do café da manhã, ríspido e insosso) da recepção em especial Marcilene muito competente. No quarto o Box para banho muito apertado, precisam rever isso! No mais café da manhã muito bom e acomodações limpas e sem mofo! Estacionamento apertado e rotativo para 6 carros. Agradeço a simpatia e atenção de todos pois sanavam os problemas que apareciam !

Foi excelente, ao fazermos o checkin encontramos no nosso quarto um prato com frutas da época e uma cartinha nos parabenizando pelo nosso aniversário de casamento, quarto limpo, arrumado , funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos e café da manhã excelente

the room had a very strong smell of disinfectant, to camouflage the musty smell, I had to wash all my clothes, suitcases, backpacks as the smell was very strong of mold.

Gostei da localização. Mas o hotel necessita reformas e modernização, além de um serviço, limpeza, infraestrutura e restaurante melhores.

Charge me double when I got there , I booked the property under 2 travlers , but did not put my girlfriend name when I book the hotel so they said I only booked for one ,, but the rate on Expedia said 2 travlers

The hotel is not easy to find. There are no signs and the garage is not easy to find either and parking is very tight. Room keys are also troublesome.

I stayed at Bao Viagem Praia Hotel several time during the past several years but on this visit it was clear that the hotel has seen it's better days. shower is dirty, lamps hang from the wall mounts, 1-channel TV, WiFi in the Room is inconsistent and non-functional. If you want to use your computer you will need to go downstairs to the lobby. The elevator stopped working at 5:45 pm on March 30th requiring that I walk up 4 flights of stairs. The long and narrow hallway was so dark that I needed to use a flashlight to negotiate the hallway and while waiting for the elevators. The bar is very lightly stocked with only about 4 or 5 choices of liquor. The service proved by the staff was good and they were responsive and timely to my request for additional pillows and blanket. The front Sea facing room did provide a good view of the beach and Boa Viagem. The overall condition of the Hotel I felt was disappointing and that the 3-Star rating is a stretch.

The hotel is acceptable when you get a discounted rate. If you have to pay full price it is not worth it . It needs to be updated. At least items that are broken should be fixed, broken handles at cabinets do not make a good first impression

The Hotel is badly kept badly maintained at a one star level. The staff is friendly and helpful.
