The tall receptionist is very rude. The way she talk and greet us when we arrive to check in. After 26 hours flight, we arrive in the hotel at 12PM. She didn't allow us to check in until 4PM (it's hotel regulation she said). So, we have to wait till 4PM. Again, check out, I'm asking to have only 1 hour late check out (due to my flight depart late afternoon), she was also not allowed us to extend only 1 hour from the hotel Regulation at 11am. Never book this hotel again.

We called the reception to help with our bags but none of the concierge staff help our luggages (4) during check out process

Nice location around time square so if you want to where to stay walking .. very comfortable
