I booked this hotel as a 4 stars but it’s NOT. Room is too small, beds are not comfortable at all, like sleeping on a box spring without mattress.. pillows so uncomfortable…had to sleep on a towel under my head.

The only perk is a free parking in front of the hotel if you are lucky and show up early

The bathrooms were dirty and had mold. The sink was clogged. You couldn’t even see through the windows because of how dirty they were. Also, you could hear everything from outside or other bedrooms.

The hotel is very clean with helpful, friendly staff. Buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Close to the metro into Naples centre. Not well served for eating place outside the hotel with no evening meal in the hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights, hotel is close to subway line and near downtown, which made it a great location. Rooms are comfortable and well furnished. Very clean room, and the free breakfast has more choice then any other hotels I have been. Particular notice to the hotel staff, very helpful, and courteous. A particular thanks to Antonella at the front desk, for helping us out during multiple occurrences.

Location was in front of a park and right next to a busy street. Noises everywhere, from the people at the park, from the park cause it’s dinosaurs brought to life park and cars honking because there was traffic and busy. Also, there is a parking garage but space is limited to like 5 cars so you’ll have to reserve which I was not made aware beforehand but luckily there was available. However, the space in the parking garage is very small so be mindful on how you drive down there. Also, it’s 1 way for both entrance and exit. Breakfast was disappointing. We checked out 1 day early.

Pros: Confortable bed, friendly staff, big bathroom, fast check-in, good average internet connection Cons: Limited underground parking spots available, hotel is located near train tracks, not so well insulated rooms

The room was so small you couldn't fit no person let long two the area was dirty every where you went I was charged for breakfast never ate breakfast at the hotel at all

Clean and adequate

Worse Best Western I’ve EVER stayed in, it is located on a Main Street so if you are facing said street (I was in 206) be prepared to be awaken by cars, my first night there after traveling all day the desk clearly took 30 minutes to check me in, when I finally got to bed the phone in rang at 3am waking me up when I answered there was no one kn the other end like someone is playing games with me. The shower was so small and badly built I could t even take a regular shower I had to make myself as small as I could just to get wet and avoid banging my knees against the faucet that sits right in the center of the tub on the long side and the glass door on the other side, really uncomfortable. The elevator is so small I dare you to fit 3 people in it with their luggage, the fridge in the room is really a cool box mounted on the wall it only holds 2 bottles of water and 2 cans of soda/cola. I could really go on and on about this place but what good is that going to do? Beat Western won’t do anything about it, I don’t even think they can if they wanted to. I was in 206)

BW JFK is a good local hotel in the area of the Naples, Italy Zoo. The property is nice, and convenient to a variety of sports complexes. Room are nice and the breakfast is very good. Not many restaurants nearby, so Dinner can be a bit of an adventure. Staff at the hotel is great and were very helpful and friendly.

We liked it was in Italy. Other than that the location sucked

The bed was very comfortable. There was construction in the hotel that we were not told about ahead of time.

Very nice property, well kept, nice rooms, unfortunately not in the best part of town. At night, walking the street was a little uncomfortable.
