I don’t have any huge complains about the hotel, it just wasn’t the best experience I’ve had. The rooms are comfortable, however the WiFi does not work at night - our show kept buffering every 5-10 minutes and even social media was hard to us. The food was decent but not delicious. It was also inconsistent, the portion size and presentation would change on the daily. Overall, I would probably stay here again if better options weren’t available.

Nice location. Apparently, the Hotel is under renovations which is a good thing. The bad thing is that they gave us the room below one that were working with. It was impossible to be there during the day. They should not assign those rooms to any client.

Foi uma excelente opção de hospedagem. Bairro com muitas opções de bares, restaurantes próximos, para quem deseja estar perto da Brigadeiro Faria Lima. Cama confortável, limpa, toalhas com um cheiro delicioso. E o brinde de água e suco foi perfeito. Café da manhã completo. Super indicaria.

Razoável! Chuveiro fraco, tomei banho frio uma manhã, restaurante fecha as 22hrs (muito cedo para Sp), café da manhã fraquinho e com péssimo atendimento e reposição. O atendimento recepção e restaurante bons.

Tudo estava funcionando perfeitamente e muito limpo, porém os quartos "Innside Room Queen" são bem antigos. Pelo valor da diária, há hotéis com quartos renovados e mais modernos. No café da manhã, o café era muito ruim, tanto o da maquina quanto o coado.

Great location within Itaim Bibi. Room was large and clean. Negative, the people at the front desk need some training in customer service, not helpful or polite.

Hotel bem localizado, mas enxoval das camas e toalhas de banho deixam muito a desejar, toalhas bem velhas .

O check-in não nos explicou que não tinhamos café incluido nas diarias e as cortesias ficaram confusas, pois foram cobradas na saída.

AC wasn't working and the room was a bit dated. But other than that everything else was very good. Breakfast was very good as expected.

Ótimo Hotel e na localização ideal para minha viagem.. Necessita melhorar acabamento dos banheiros, porém hotel bem limpo e funcionários prestativos e atenciosos.
