This property has charged me a $350 extra for as smoking fee whereas i haven't smoked my entire life. They wouldn't answer my phone calls when asked about it. Manager is always unavailable to talk. I raised a dispute with my credit card firm and still working through to settle the matter

Mediocre at best! Room wasn’t very clean, carpets had just been washed but were still wet in our room; continuous music from hotel across the street - the ENTIRE night! Location was central, and I guess you get what you pay for.

There isn‘t any reason to stay exactly at this motel

Not the best place for families. Seemed to be no rules or guidelines for noise levels, woken up to sound of people fighting during the night, loud parties happening at the pool and the constant smell of marijuana drifting into the room from people smoking it non stop in the smoking area which was just a few feet from multiple rooms. I would not stay here again, especially with children.

The room was dirty, cobwebs hanging from ceiling, wall vent dirty, hair in shower, sheets had holes in them, the connecting door did not lock, be careful getting in and out of shower use ADA handle or you will fall.

First impressions matter - clerk was nasty - noisy location - bathroom was dingy ugh never again! Huge dogs on property no leash - horrible experience! Thank God I checked out!

The morning staff that prepared the breakfast was very friendly, hard working, safety conscious, and thorough. Great group of employees. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. MJW

Pleasant and quick check in!

The staff was great and the location is perfect. It’s an old building so it was damp with poor ventilation.

The location was the only good thing about this hotel. The check in process was horrible, over and over again the check in clerk entered the wrong expiration date on my card so she told me it was declined. The A/C unit wasn't working, it never cooled down and even after telling the front desk it never got fixed. The waffles were the only good thing about the breakfast, it was just plain dirty in the breakfast area. The amount of trash in the stairwells was horrible, not to mention the garbage was overflowing in every public area but the lobby. Definitely wouldn't stay again 😞

Parking sucks

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and the AC in our room was fantastic. The hotel is in a bit of a rowdy part of town. Lots of loud music and yelling until 2-3am…makes it difficult if you have young children/infants. Hotel doors are also external and you have to pay $36 per night to park (on top of room cost and taxes).
