The hotel was friendly, super clean and has a beautiful view!

Very impressed with my stay at Chalet Du Bois, the rooms were spotless and the cleaners were on point each day. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the location is perfect 4 minute walk from bus stop. Would 100% stay again !!!!

Enjoyed a lovely stay at Chalet Hotel du Bois. The rooms were warm, cosy and clean, and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant was exceptionally good, we ate there twice and both times enjoyed a lovely meal. The bar was also a great place to enjoy a drink and play cards. Only used the pool/ sauna once but was very nice after a day of skiing.

The room was spotless, the staff friendly and very professional. Very good restaurant and good breakfast with fresh orange juice.

Room was lovely with spacious bed and modern, clean bathroom. However, the staff and service was disappointing for a hotel of this price. Staff were rude and seemed like they were trying to avoid our concerns or get rid of us. Especially bad in the restaurant where staff were very rude and service was bad. Food was sub par for the price. Sauna is nice however pool is uncomfortably cold. Very disappointed as we were really looking forward to our stay following walking and camping the TMB.

Beautiful view

Quite simple room, could add 1 or 2 chairs and lights in the room, no tissue/napkin in the room. Even the swimming pool feels dark. The cuisine of the restaurant was great, very delicious. Good location.

A lovely base for our stay. The view from the room was incredible. Staff lovely and friendly. Pool and sauna was a lovely addition. I did expect a kettle in the room so was a little disappointed to not have one . In my opinion the bar also lacked atmosphere. I would stay again.

Great stay friendly staff!

All the staff were very welcoming. Large selection of food at breakfast, and the dinners were very tasty. Handy for the buses and the train.

Great hotel with comfy rooms and plenty of space which was good for skiing. Hotel shuttle to the lifts which was good as long as precooked the evening before. Quiet area with a few restaurant choices within walking distance but easy access to the bus stop to get to Chamonix village. Not always someone on reception and quite quiet in general if you are looking for something a bit more lively!

Room is comfortable, the view is fantastic. We rent skiing gears in the store cross the street, the sports owner is nice and professional. We have breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it is good and delicious. Recommend.

Great amenities, conveniently located, comfy room, super friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again!
