Suite was amazing

The room itself was fine but expected a little better based on the reviews. My visitor ended up staying with me because the air conditioning was not very good in the room and it stayed humid. The staff was nice enough and as accommodating as they could be. The area of the hotel was a bit inconvenient to stay in Vicenza due to construction and traffic.

Room was very clean. Breakfast is very beautiful. Everything was great. Nothing to say bad about it.

Great price/quality ratio. Don’t be deceived by the anodyne-looking exterior. The hotel is charming, even stylish in the public areas, staff couldn’t be more accommodating, parking (outside or in garage) is convenient and free, and road access is easy. In a quasi-industrial and fair area, so of most use for business stays. I stayed because of nearby social plans and it was a perfect choice.

We have stayed here before, last time our room was bigger and of a better quality. Twice no bath matt was left and the shower temperature kept fluctuating. However it is a nice hotel in a good location.

On top of the usual amenities, nice change to standard european hotels with coffee in the room, full breakfast with eggs (cheap at 3 euros/person) and a small gym. Fairly large and comfy room. In between vicenza (20 min) and verona (40 min) but location is very industrial so nothing to see there per say and need a car.

We've stayed here many times and have always been pleased with the location, facilities and service. It's an inexpensive place to stay when visiting Vicenza, with helpful staff, clean rooms and free breakfast.

Very noisy late at night when attempting to sleep. Complained to night shift reception man who came to my room to check noise. I asked him to inform hotel manager which he said he would do. When I checked out the following morning nobody at the reception desk never mentioned anything which I thought was disgusting not to reconize the problems I had. Room 115 date of stay 21& 22nd October 2015.

Nice hotel. Great rooms and very comfy beds. Probably one of the best beds i've slept in. Area is out the way with ladies of the night around. secure free parking was useful
