Amazing hotel very good location and amazing staff.

Room was clean and cozy & staff was very helpful with last minute changes. Location is perfect & They also offered an airport shuttle. I would definitely return.

Breakfast was very good. It included hot eggs as well as delicious cakes. We were able to order cappuccino and specialty coffees.

Breakfast is great add if you’d like to have it early and out the way . Cappuccino every morning was amazing

Excellence! Room was amazing with private corner balcony, and city view! Bed so comfortable and spacious private bathroom! Close to all attractions! The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Giorgio - the hardest working man in the hotel business ! This place was over the top awesome! Make sure you get the private balcony room!!!!!

Great hotel with clean, spacious rooms. Very close to public transportation.

We booked this hotel last minute so had to choose the smallest room in the hotel. I was a little concerned but I didn't need to be. The room was definitely very small but it was very nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, and had every amenity we're used to. It was a very cute and comfortable room. The breakfast was excellent and everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The breakfast menu was very good. A lot of choices to eat. The housekeeping in room can leave a lot to be desired with regard to a couple room attendance. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The bar is lovely with many choices. One of the housekeepers our room was rude and didn’t even do a mediocre job.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were amiable and helpful. This hotel is in a nice location with the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon well within walking distance. The metro is steps away providing quick and easy access to other sites.

The staff was friendly and helpful - and exceeded our expectations. Every morning on our way out, a friendly staff member gave us recommendations and helped us come up with a daily itinerary for the things we wanted to see and do in Rome. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and friendly staff!

Location was perfect for us because it was just outside the restricted driving zone with an easy parking garage, yet easy walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain as well as many restaurants, shops, etc. Also the metro station was very close. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable with a good size bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at River Palace Hotel! The location was fantastic. Perfectly situated for exploring the city, and the property itself was charming, clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the transportation arrangements went smoothly, which made everything even more convenient. The complimentary breakfast was also a highlight! Plenty of great options to start the day. As a family of six traveling with a little one, we did find the room a bit tight, with limited space to open our suitcases. In hindsight, a larger property might have been more comfortable for our group. That said, this hotel would be absolutely perfect for a couple. It would have been an ideal stay if it were just my husband and me. Overall, we highly recommend River Palace Hotel and would definitely consider returning!

Perfect hotel location if you don’t want to be too close to the crowds. Great bar area and the breakfast was better than I was expecting for a continental so much choice hot and cold food.

Friendly and helpful front desk.

I chose this because I didnt want to be in the crowded centre. Everything is accessible and the hotel was quiet for a good night sleep. I had a small single room, perfect for me. The shops are all around piazza poppolo which is close. Dont know about pets, I don't have any.
