The hotel had my reservation, so easy check in and check out. No billing issues. Multiple pools (the rooftop one is for adults only), hot tubs and beach is 10 steps outside the property. The gym was nice but gets crowded at peak times. Aleta restaurant has long wait times to receive food. The hotel issued new room keys without verifying IDs or any information (big safety concern), the balcony doors don’t lock, and the last night I could hear upstairs guests VERY loudly.

The hotel is great but not at the level of most hotels in Cabo. Great for college kids and highschool kids, but for adults there is so much better at the same price point

The location, view and staff were wonderful. However our 2 br executive suite was a disappointment. The room was very dated. TV’s hung crooked, floor lamp taped up with one of the bulbs out. Dirty sock under the couch. Only 2 small uncomfortable chairs on the balcony. For the price I expected more. The staff was very helpful however and addressed our concerns as much as possible, straightening tv’s, bringing 2 more comfortable chairs for balcony etc. Overall the hotel is fine. Be aware however if you want to use the nicest pool on the roof there is a $50pp charge. The location was great easily accessible to the Marina and downtown. When you check in you will be offered a free breakfast with some other amenities in exchange for listening to a 90 min sales presentation. The presentation is not 90 min and is a hard sale. I would avoid that unless you are truly interested in buying into the property.

Such a great experience overall. The staff are fantastic, the location is unbeatable, and the views are absolutely stunning. The food was also amazing and exceeded expectations. The only thing to be mindful of is booking lounge chairs or a bed at the beach club or rooftop pool, make sure to reserve directly through the hotel. Booking through OpenTable will likely leave you with just a table instead. Other than that, highly recommend!”

Bed super soft. We did not need A/C. Amazing staff and free water and coffee in room. They had an electric stove to cook. We did not use it. They mentioned a sea view but you had to look to your right to see the ocean from the balcony. It was not in front of the ocean. There was no jacuzzi in our balcony. I guess we received a cheaper room but it was still extremely nice. It was a massive room.

Very pleased with the overall experience at the Corazon. The staff throughout the resort were extremely friendly and helpful when needed. The proximity to the marina afforded us the opportunity to get some solid steps in but not have to go too far for shops and restaurants. Also, it was bonus that the resort was adjacent to Edith’s and the Office. The beach time was very relaxing. We will be back. Thanks

Property is beautiful, it’s built on a hill so lots of stairs up and down, not an issue. Just no grounds all concrete. Amazing views of lands end. It’s loud. Housekeeping starts at 7:00 am and they are loud. I really did not need to be woken up to staff shouting to each other around the property. If you have a DND sign up housekeeping immediately places a note stating you need to call if you want service. They do that by 7:02 am. On my 3rd day I ditched the DND sign and never had service. Had to call and I was out of body wash in both the shower and sink. The concierge is not that. They are salespeople who will do their very best to rope you into a presentation that guarantees a future stay. My travel companion did that on his last visit and when we inquired about the free stay they stated the room was not available. It’s all a scam. Learned the 45 minute presentation takes about 3-4 hours. Grateful I was firm in saying no. Didn’t appreciate the very personal questions asked by the concierge either. Would I stay here again? No. It’s very expensive. You can always drop by and spend the day by spending 50.00 per person.

We loved the resort and the location and the staff was friendly but we felt constantly bothered to have this breakfast and timeshare presentation even though we told them many times we are not interested.

Our room was great, with a beautiful view. We loved have the hot tub on the balcony. Liked that it was close to downtown and Walmart. Staff and service were good except for the few times they tried to get us to their timeshare presentation but they backed off once we stood firm on not being interested. Never had an issue finding a lounge chair at any of pools and access to the beach was easy. Also the spa and their staff was really great. Will definitely be going back.

The only good thing was the view and the amenities. I booked the ocean front king with hottub, Upon arrival the bed was listed as pillow top, it was more like sleeping on cement. Even with 2 extra comforters to lay on the bed was the worst bed we’ve ever laid on, needless to say we didn’t sleep night one. Plus the TV was broken and the hottub didn’t get hot. So they moved us to a new room. The bed was better but the A/C was broken and the water pressure dribbled out in the shower. They had to come climb a ladder to fix the air conditioning which took time. So the first 2 days were wasted. Then I was supposed to recieve $50 daily credit for food etc. apparently I needed to attend a meeting that was never mentioned to me during my stay so they determined it wasn’t included. So if you don’t like sleeping, like Luke warm hottubs and dribbling showers you found your spot !!! The views were great, service is slow so if you don’t mind waiting a while then you’re in luck !!! Will not be staying here ever again. Maybe visit for a pool day or beach day. For $600USD a night you can do MUCH BETTER

The resort is smaller than some of the others, which is a good option when you want more quiet atmosphere. Air conditioning in our room was overly loud, there was a leak in a ceiling light in the master bathroom as well. The view from the room was amazing.

Great stay at this hotel. Incredible views, convenient location, and great service (despite the timeshare advertising). Would definitely consider staying here again. We loved the rooftop pool-- you need to hit a F&B minimum to make a reservation, but it was well worth it. The main con was that the hot tub in our room was way too hot (uncomfortably so), so we couldn't use it at all during the trip.

They did not tell us the VIP status when we check in, they did when we check out. We checked in at 3 PM. They said that we have to wait until 4 PM. We’re sitting in the lobby at 4 PM. I went to the counter, the lady was rude. Said that I have to get on the long line. The electrical outlet is behind the big sink faucet, the coffee maker plug cannot get in easily. The electrical outlet in the bathroom is far away from the small mirror on the other side of the wall, my hair iron cannot reach it. There are so many designs are wrong.
