Wasn’t bad at all. Hotel was a little outdated. I do wish that the $100 fee that’s due at the property could be taken out of the $250 deposit they also make you pay instead of having a pay a total of $350 at check in. That would actually make it easier for both parties.

the people we met at reception were very friendly and attentive. the room was spacious and as expected. the kitchen accessories were in good condition and sufficient in number. Very nice and quiet swimming pool. Easy access to beach, promenade and restaurants.

Must important the internet do not work in the rooms , you can hear the people in the upper room unfortunately because the building is too old . Other than that the personal are friendly housekeeping staff is great thank you Angela and Robert the manager

Had to park at a public parking lot and pay that was a block away from hotel

I liked the place around hotel , but inside the room , you can heard all the noise from other rooms, you can heard people fighting in upper levels, baby crying, everything..

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The hotel needs some serious upgrading. The 3rd floor smelled like cigarettes and mildew the entire time we were there. The pool was nice, they give you free towels and beach chairs. Was there 4/30-5/2/2025 and there was construction next door which is quite loud during the day. The pool closes at 7 so there is not much to do around the property.

Nice staff and excellent room service everyday! Free beach towels were very useful!

We had a great stay and we had just come off a cruise and had quite a bit of luggage. The desk agent was so wonderful she allowed us early check in since we had an infant and all the luggage. Her name is Margarita and she was AWESOME!!!

L'avantage de cet hôtel est qu'il est très proche de la plage, des restaurants tout autour. Par contre l'hôtel a besoin de rénovations car vétuste.

Wish the rooms had outdoor balconies.

In general terms, it was very nice hotel and the area located, in front of the beach, several restaurants and secure.

The property is dated and in need of some refreshing. The room we stayed in was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchenette with dishes, dishwasher, coffee machine, stovetop, microwave and seating area was a bonus. The beds were comfortable but the sheets were rough. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had an issue with the toilet but it was fixed within 10 minutes. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and attentive. Proximity to the beach was amazing and it was nice to have two beach chairs each day that came with the room. The location of the hotel itself to various restaurants was also ideal. We walked to several local restaurants and had great food and experiences.

Great location. It will have been important to tell about the resort fees which i didnt know until i took my room. Parking lot not too far from the hotel. Its about $15 per day.

Can’t find parking, staff seems miserable almost every time we talked to the front desk don’t recommend this place at all

The property is located in a very convenient location and accessible by Miami Beach trolley. Overall a pleasant experience. However when we checked in the hotel was not full and upgrade could have been provided to a room facing the ocean without a fee.

Property was in the perfect location. Go to Miami all the time but this was our first time at this hotel and enjoyed it very much. Located close to so much. No parking on site but parking was only a black away and a third of the cost of all the other hotels we’ve stayed at down there so was a huge plus

Bed could be updated and the bathroom fan could be used update a lot of steam when showering.
