Quick stay over for an early morning flight. Comfortable for what we needed and convenient location. Needed some updates and repairs, but clean overall.

This stay was one of the worst. Reserved a 2 bedroom with pullout couch for 6 people. Was pleasantly surprised that I had an extra bathroom than was advertised. However, there was a massive hole in the bedroom wall, 2 tvs did not work even with maintenance “fixing them”. Asked for extra towels, after the third time just gave up. “Airport shuttle” has so many miscommunications that we spent nearly an extra hour at the airport waiting. Staff at hotel was kind, but that’s where it stopped. Definitely will not be staying again.

Rude staff, hour wait for airport shuttle. Terrible hospitality. Front desk hung up on me twice.

The experience was average, check in was fine but we booked a room for 5 and the 5th bed was not ready when we arrived, lady at front desk told us to find the sheets in a closet inside a room. But the worst thing was at check out since we asked the previous night how to get into the airport shuttle and the original guy told us that we can expect the 4:30 am shuttle. Once we were checking out, the lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful because she told us that only under reservation to get into the shuttle and that basically we needed to get Uber. I asked her to help us find another solution, she didnt want to help and she did not even looked for us in the shuttle reservation. The driver was kind enough to take us but that customer service was awful.

Staff were lovely and helpful , there was an airline shuttle. Always a bonus these days . The rooms were comfortable and spacious . The breakfast was really good . Best I’ve had in a long time for a hotel with breakfast included

Pet charge was twice a high as other places.

room was next door to elevator machinery got zero sleep. Building is tired an old, doesnt even have a sign on the entrance of the hotel

I went to the hotel and front desk told me the booking I made was cancelled where I can see the status on Expedia is booked. I had no choice but book a new reservation at the spot. Now I’m back I found hotel double charged me and Expedia contacted the hotel and hotel didn’t want to refund to me

I would recommend this property to anyone who is visiting New Jersey. It is in walking distance to Jersey Garden Malls.

Went as a family of 6. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect. Housekeeping was amazing.

The beds were just ok. The sofa bed was so terrible that I had to sleep on the floor.

Nice stay

My stay here was perfect! Upon checking into our room the pull-out couch was broken, so the front desk personnel up-graded us to a better room. Every interaction I had with the staff was wonderful, they are very pleasant and helpful 👍. Morning breakfast was also fantastic, they did a great job of not offering the same thing each day! 5/5 😁

Waited over an hour for the shuttle. Interior is dated. Online pictures depict a newer property.

The room wasn't cleaned. Tv wasn't working. Look like Cher eye butt burns in the furniture and chairs! Smelled horrible. Was moved. Room was better, tv didn't work, paint chip off wall, toilet clogged and shower clogged! So bad! All they offered was my parking be paid! What an insult!!!

Loved my stay, staff is very friendly. Initially we got a room which wasn’t clean enough manager on spot gave us a few options and gave us a very comfortable room. Cleaning staff was also great and gave us a happy stay there.
