No housekeeping

It was extremely clean. It was in a very quiet area. I have always enjoyed my stays at embassy suites hotels

I asking for housekeeping in the room many times and never do the room

The breakfast buffet was good.

This place have restricted pool time to 30 minutes only and no more than five people are alowed to enter during those 30 min. I think it's a bit extreme; I didn't feel comfortable with this.

The biggest disappointment was the pool. This room was picked because of location and pool. The pool was by reservation only and for only 30 min. Huge disappointment

One of my Favorite locations to stay when in Louisville

Nice style and open floor plan. Was disappointed in pool usage, had to sign up for a 30 min slot and only 5 allowed we were told. Even though we saw a dozen kids in there at a time. Our room had left over chapstick, dirty balled up sock in bathroom on fooor and candy wrapper on floor in living space. No outdoor “free” dog area like mentioned in description. Breakfast was good and quality was more upscale.

It is very beautiful. Has restaurant and bar. Staff super friendly. Indoor pool very relaxing
