Excellent service and decor

Generally OK, but WiFi in rooms was terrible - very poor to non-existent. Also, no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

In Italy and flew into Rome on a late flight and this was the closest hotel for my final destination. To be honest, I wouldn’t come back here again 😔 WiFi in the bedrooms doesn’t work. You also have to pay a tax to stay in this hotel which wasn’t included in the bill.

Very outdated decoration. Tiny bathtub. Urgently require renovation

The hotel is elegant, the food superb, and the staff lovely and helpful. My only concern was that our room was in a dead zone and e needed a bit of wifi as we are from out of country. Other than that it was 5 stars all around

Nice hotel, but clearly dated. It is well kept up and has nice staff.

Staff was really unfriendly except for the bar manager. He was very nice and accommodating.

The hotel is very dated and tired. It urgently needs an update. The rooms are tiny and very dark. The bathroom is also very dark and they have a tiny shower, very uncomfortable. There is a restaurant in the hotel but they only do a few dishes on the menu and it is very expensive.

Wonderful stay, great service, comfortable clean rooms, my favorite hotel in the region.

The hotel is clearly purpose built for conferences and isn’t that great for holiday travelers. Everything was clean but the property is very tired.

Always a pleasure here, will always be my favorite hotel for my Rome stays. Rooms are comfortable and always spotless. Service always with smiles and impeccable. Great breakfast and dinners. Love the two pools. A vacation place within itself. Train nearby makes day trip to Rome center a breeze.

I had a good stay at Grand Hotel Duca D'Este although the variety of breakfast and ambience can be improved. The hallways are painted dark red which is kind of creepy.

We stayed at this hotel because some friends of ours said we should stay in Tivoli for our visit to Rome. The hotel was not in Tivoli proper, but 8 km west and 20km east of Rome. Tivoli was definitely a beautiful town. We could catch the bus stop at the hotel to go either direction. To get to Rome we took the bus to the metro. It was about an hour trip to get to Rome. The traffic closer to Rome was very busy city traffic with construction on the roads closer to the metro.

Comfort and quiet room. Very good breakfast.

Great place and friendly stuff

very poor sewage system, the whole hotel and area smells worse than a public toilet. Even had to turn off the AC to stop the smell coming in the room unfriendly and racist manager, who separated the group of black guests from the white guest at breakfast and took them to another part of the hotel ripped towels by the pool side! Not 4* experience! It doesn't even deserve 2 stars. Lift was out of service! The list goes on

Excellent hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast buffet, a good value, friendly knowledgable staff. Definite recommend. I plan on staying here each time I come to Rome. Wifi is a little spotty but strong when it's working, surrounding area is not tje bedt but transportation is readily available to the center.

Difficult to access from autostrada. Difficult driving conditions on streets. Same problems would exist for all other hotels in this vicinity
