Good

While very clean and with a helpful staff, this hotel is proof the modern doesn't equal comfort.

Perfect place for a vacation. The only negative is that the bathroom hooks are not for shoet people in mind. 😆

Great location for sightseeing Seville as well as being close to the station and bus stops.

The location of the hotel is average. I had to walk at least 15 minutes or more to get to the major attraction points. The rooms were clean and fine for a single traveler. The Hotel shut down the air conditioning, the reception told me they cannot do anything because they do not provide air conditioning during Dec and I can open the window to control the temperature. It was noisy to open the window. I could not sleep properly for the 5 nights i booked a room in this hotel. I will not stay there again. I have filed a complaint at Hotels .com. They have not provided a resolution yet.

Location was perfect. Rooms were very clean and we liked the breakfast.

We stayed in an mini suite, it was perfect for a 2 night stay. We appreciated the mini fridge.

Very nice modern and clean rooms. Parking is possible at the hotel but the fees are a bit expensive due to the location in the city centre. The pool area is nice but more shade spots would be better and it is a bit crowded due to the size of the pool. Overall great experience and would come back.

Weird smell coming from what they said was air con, extended through whole property. Everything else was ok, definitely clean and fine and a solid 3*. The check in process could have been a bit better and the elevator is literally so slow and hot.

Spacious, clean room, just the air conditioner alwasy keeps ar 23.5'C which we consider a bit hot. Other than that this hotel is perfect and all staffs are very friendly and helpful tho. As they try to call someone come to help break yhe lugguage lock as we loss the key. The pool atthe roof top is nice but better go during afternoon time and the water will be hot enough. Overall thus hotel is in a perfect location which close to the train station and all tourist destinations just within 15 mins walk which is prwtty reasonable. Carrerfour express just right atyhe corner also another bigger local supermarket too. Definitely will stay again and this time i travel with my boy age 5 my mom 71, myself and my husband. Everyone have a great memories. Oh lobby hss 2 big Apple computer for kids have fun.

Good location, comfortable suite room. I just would like to suggest better maintenance for changing towels every day and they should add better and real blankets

A convenient hotel for walking to city, attractions and train station. Is on side road so relatively quiet. Convenient for many local cafes, bars and restaurants all very reasonably priced. In room fridge is useful but empty it and buy your own water, beers etc as the in room prices are 3x the price if not more. The lifts are very slow but reception is even slower!
