Check in staff were lovely and friendly, we were even given an upgrade. The room was really nice, bed was comfy. Our only issue was tiny flies that came up through the floor drain. We got around this by leaving the floor towel over the drain and left a note for the cleaner to leave the towel- but unfortunately that was ignored. We should have reported it to reception but we didn’t. Cleaner didn’t change the mugs either. Would stay again though

All good except for the lift, which was out of service on a couple of days, but was fixed very quickly on each occasion. The room was large with a decent balcony (superior double) and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Liked the modern room and quirky shower! Staff were pleasant, breakfast was good. Due to cancelled flight there was quick availability. Disliked the lifts weren’t up to standard and the fact I got soaked in the night in bed due to a leak in the roof all we got was an apology with no compensation offered.

Fair price for very good location, rooms are quite big, comfortable, clean.

It was very clean and comfortable. The fact the lights in the balconies could not be turned off at night was a bit disconcerting.

Had a nice time during Xmas 2017. A nice place to stay - very central and amazing breakfast :)

Just stopping for one night on Gran Canaria. Well located close to the beach and shopping centre. Too far to walk to the old town. Large, quiet but basic room, nice breakfast. Car parking was a minor problem as the hotel is in a one way street and the next car park is quite expensive (20 euro per day). They do have an arrangment with a cheaper one but you need to take a ticket from the receptionist. OK if there are two of you in the car but hard if you are on your own. Also do not believe the optimistic and helpful receptionist who says there is lots of free on-street parking after 20:00.

Wonderful hotel,great location,easy access for the beach,harbour and shopping.All members of the hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful,we would recommend this hotel, and we are looking forward to going back in the near future.

From location this was great as the hotel is right in the middle of the commercial and business area of Las Palmas, walking distance from the beaches and port and the main bus terminal. In the other hand be aware you are 8 kilometres away from the old town (Cathedral) so you will need to take public buses to move around unless you are having a rental car. It was very convenient in every sense, the staff very friendly, helpful and of course multi-lingual. The room was large, with a very comfortable bed and quiet at night (very important). Perhaps a bit dated in some areas but well taken care. The breakfast, which was included in the night rate (very rare as none of the other hotels in the city offered this) was nice with a good selection, so we were very happy with the choice over all and will strongly recommend to anyone.

Mainly a business hotel as no extra facilities for holiday makers. Good breakfast buffet and helpful staff. I would say it's no more than 3 star.

Hotel is a good 3-star typical Spanish hotel. Pleased with the location with good public transport link (outside the hotel or 2-min walk to the main street), good local facilities (department store, supermarket, pharmacy, cafe). Our room was on the second floor (quiet without any street noise and spacious even with three single beds in one room). Breakfast is not bad at all: with both English and local Spanish selection.

A great location hotel with a very friendly staff, shame that the hotel was not a s clean as we expect from a 4* hotel (we had to ask to clean the floors and bedside in our arrival) the bed sheets and curtains had holes. I order a pizza and the pizza company didn't let me pay when they deliver the food, the said that the hotel will add it into my room service bill, my surprise when I pay was the hotel charge me a 7% extra. (I didn't order anything else)
