The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful

Staff and facilities were 5 star. We were here just before high season and the room prices were reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is a great location and beach facilities are excellent. Could have had a better experience at check in as staff not very helpful and rude. Room air con did not work well even after engineer tried to fix it resulting in having to have a fan on in the room all the time. Breakfast was excellent and staff there also.

Absolutely terrible stay. Room smelled like smoke. Water was not provided in the room even though temperatures outside were above 90 degrees. Air conditioning and fridge in room no h did not work.

Very kind staff and a convenient location!

No swimming pool was a disappointment. Had to call every day for two bottles of water and for housekeeping to replenish the room amenities which was frustrating. They want you to put 200 euros down as a deposit for each night you stay which I have never encountered before - stayed for a week.

This was one of the worst Hôtel experiences. The room was not cleaned or provided in the time frame promised. Other rooms were available but we were made to wait. The room was filthy when we finally received it that we had to move and were down graded. The customer services was so inconsistent and non apologetic for all the inconvenience caused. Also, impose to get a beach chair and you have to pay. Would not recommend staying here.
