Beautiful lake with resort in the perfect location for view and access.

Very nice place to stay. Very quiet and peaceful.

Great views of Lake Powell!

They didnt see the booking in their system, made us wait over an hour at the check in even though I prepaid for out stay, a women was detained in the room in front of us and there was fighting noises all night. When I asked the hotel about the incident, they just said it was handled but the police came back and forth the entire night. We didn't feel safe.

We stayed at a resort by Lake Powell, which was conveniently located on our route to the next destination. Our visit was brief—just one night—but we made the most of our time enjoying the pool and taking in the beautiful views. Check-in and checkout were a bit slow, but everything else went smoothly. We stayed in a room in building #2, which felt somewhat outdated, and we had some trouble with the door not locking properly without assistance. Dining options required either a reservation, waiting a longer time (impossible with kids), or ordering for take out. However, the food was delicious, which made up for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the chance to explore the lake, but it looked amazing! Overall, it was a nice stopover.

Great stay Convenient location Early check in Decent rooms

I enjoyed the view immensely! The rooms were average, somewhat outdated. No elevators and no lower level availability. The restaurants listed on their website are not at the resort! One is 1.5 hours away. Bring breakfast food, the only one restaurant serving was over-priced and small portions. The tiny omelette was thinner than a pancake and they used bacon bits and halved cherry tomatoes on it...we had to laugh! We left hungry! If you are boating, or just taking in the views, this place is very nice! Just be sure to pack some food!!

Excellent view of the lake from rooms

Horrible Check in. Was assigned to occupied room and then reassigned to a different room with no guarantees the new room was not occupied. The person in occupied room was rightfully Las as this was 11 pm when we tried opening his door. Tried talking to supervisor but one was not available and still have not heard back.

Great location, beautiful grounds, comfortable room. Loved to restaurant, the pool, and sitting on our balcony watching the sunset.

Really pretty views! Rooms were clean and comfortable. The cafe was the only disappointment as they were out of everything in the morning.

This was a great place to stay in order to radiate from there to different places we wanted to visit. The pools were great, nice restaurants for dinner, but breakfast was overpriced and very basic. Some rooms had wonderful views of the marina and backdrop desert. A challenging hotel if not requested a ground floor room if seniors recite some mobility issues, as there is no elevator. It’s an aging resort, but still holding up well!

It was a very clean and well cared for property.

The property was nice, but our AC was broken so it got REALLY hot in the room.

Very good value for the area. Clean, appears well managed.
