The staff were great, the continental breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean.

Beautiful view of the mountains! The pool and waterslide were great. Staff were kind and check in and check out was easy. Good breakfast options and good coffee.

Very clean and quiet with friendly staff. Large breakfast room with lots of options for the meal which is included in the room cost. We always stay here when we stop here, usually twice a year, to visit a relative. Only personal drawback - toilets are super low which makes it somewhat difficult for an elderly tall person to get on and off of them, but I’m sure short elderly people love them.

This is as high end of an establishment that allows pets. Great rates, modern, and very convenient location and lots of parking. The good free breakfast is an added bonus.

The large clean room was inviting and very quiet. Check in was simple and quick. Parking was close to entrance.

We booked to stay here as a stopover for our cross country drive with our two pets. The staff were super duper nice, the best stopover we had really. They called us a week in advance very cheery to say thanks for letting them know we have our pets with us and that we have been assigned a pet friendly room and they're excited to meet the fur babies. :) They were very nice and accommodating of our very late check in as well due to our delay from road constructions coming in to the area. Lovely people here and no complaints about the room as well. It was spacious and comfortable - their sheets were so much softer than other hotels too so that was a big plus for us.

There had been a serious plumbing incident and ceilings were down, major blowers spread about, banging and repairing noises directly above our bedroom. It stopped around 5:30pm thankfully. I really believe that the front counter person who had checked us in, tried very hard to find us one of their pet friendly rooms because we had our dog with us. Anyway, I suspect that the room she assigned us was about the best she could do under the circumstances. Once in the suite, we freshened up before finding a nearby restaurant for dinner. We took a shower but the tub drain was clogged so by the end of my shower I was standing in ankle deep water. When my wife finished the water was above 6” deep. While out to dinner the tub drained but there was a distinct, greasy residue in the bottom of the tub. It did not give off an odour but it was particularly “off-putting” to say the least. I did not want to try to rinse it because I wasn’t sure, since the drain might still be clogged, to put any more water in there for fear of retention. Anyway, as noted, it was distinctly “off-putting”! I passed our experience onto reception when we checked out.
