The hotel was ideally located, not far from the main attractions of Aalborg. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was a buffet style and was tasty. The bus stop to the airport is a short walk from the hotel.

The free WiFi worked well. There isn't really a restaurant, but the staff suggesting easy to reach local venues. The room was very clean and tidy with a coffee pod machine. There was no kettle for tea. Be warned that sites and restaurants are often closed Mondays. Breakfast was amazing with loads of options for any diet.

Room very comfortable beds&pillow great, quiet room 332 even opposite lift. The breakfast was superb, have never had so much choice of breakfast, outstanding. Staff very helpful and accomodating. Overall the best stay in Aalborg or other hotels ive been to in Europe.

Nice hotel in a decent location and quite comfortable. The breakfast is quite good and the staff helpful. They have adopted the spreading custom of only cleaning the room if requested for "environmental" reasons. Sounds to me like a cost saving..

The hotel was close by to everything I needed from transport to shops to dining. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly and patient with me as I don’t speak English also as I suffer from anxiety I had a few moments where I needed some help and confirmation on things. The room I had was the junior suite and it was clean and tidy, a little warm however you can request for adjustments in the room temperature as I was only sleeping in there I didn’t really want to bother them. Breakfast was plenty full and much choice, from cereals to continental to cooked food even ginger shots, juices and coffee and tea. Coffee was magnificent I must say. If I ever visit Aalborg again this hotel will be my choice to stay again.

The staff is quite helpful, they help us to pick breakfast and call a taxi for us during check out as it rained.

We arrived by train so it was good that the hotel was so close to the station. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and efficient, and it was an easy walk into the centre of town.

Great location.

This hotel is located a short walk from the railway station. Rooms are modern and functional. They have a nice breakfast buffet, with items individually wrapped for safety.

Very good location 5 minutes from railway station and very welcoming staff. Breakfast was very good and rooms spacious and spotlessly clean. Very Convenient for visiting Northern Denmark.

Not the best first impression as reception also acts as the bar, and had difficulty hearing what was been said to me. The rest of the say was good though

Convenient for train station, lovely hotel, pleasant city

We had stayed at two other Scandic hotels in Norway and knew what to expect. At least we thought so. This was a step below their Norway counterparts. The lobby was okay, but rather small. The parking was insufficient. The front desk/bartender was overworked. The breakfast, although more than adequate, was no where near the Norway levels. Overall, the place needs a makeover.

Friendly staff let me borrow an umbrella. Condition of the room was ok.
