Very nice place. Good pool, really nice staff. Perfect place to stay. Buffet is also nice, restaurant is also good for dining.

I When I go to Brazil I only stay at this hotel.

Loved the hotel, loved the breakfast; very nice people at front desk and bellman.

It is a nice clean property in a nice are of Sao Paulo. There is not much around in terms of cafes, restaurants and night life, but it was close to the convention centre so I chose it. It has the longest hallways ever. If you get a room at the back you have to walk for a long time with your luggage to reach it. Best to ask for a room close to the elevators.

Rooms are big and location convenient. However, the interior is dated and we had the impression that it was not very clean (which might come from the unrenovated interior).

Quarto sujo Talhas usadas no banheiro. Predio com estrutra antiga

Quarto grande, cama confortável. Café da manhã ok. Havia um vazamento no banheiro que deixou tudo bastante molhado, e como o quarto tinha carpete no chão e os azulejos eram escuros, não dava pra ver a água com facilidade. Escorreguei e caí logo na entrada nldo banheiro. Sinalizei a equipe do hotel, foram atenciosos e me trocaram de quarto. Mas considero esta uma vaga muito grave. Eu poderia ter me machucado, e se fosse uma pessoa idosa poderia ter causado mais problemas ainda. O hotel precisa checar este tipo de problema com mais frequência e rigor.
