For the cost, you do get a lot of space (living room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom). I would say the pictures on the website are deceiving… it isn’t as pretty but it is convenient.

The service is great but they need to fixed the main elevator form sure is needed is being a year

Property was great and the staff friendly and helpful The only issues were the beds are hard as a rock and the Hotel is adjacent to a club who blares their music till at least 3 am so all you hear is a thumping bass sound despite the windows being closed. Ear plugs did not even help.

The hotel junior suites are more spacious than what you see in the website. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of options every day. The property is walking distance to so many restaurants. Do not miss La casa de los Abuelos and Buenos Diaz among others. Mostly important the hotel staff members are truly ambassadors of the well known Mexican hospitality. I am looking forward to my next visit.

It's my second time that I stayed in the hotel and I was happy to with everything.

Great location

Everything was really good, but I been there many times And the main elevator still not working since October and that's an inconvenience for the guests waiting for the service elevator like 20 minutes sometimes please do something about it.

Nice hotel. A bit older property. Very noisy. Light sleepers will have a very, very bad night.

Located close to everything I needed

Wasn’t the cleanest hotel but served its purpose

Check in was smooth, the room was great, really big and well kitted out, we had a very comfy night's sleep and breakfast was lovely. I'd stay again if coming back to Mexico.

I requested a room higher up because I had read the reviews about excessive noise. And there was no noise at all! We had wonderful restful nights here (we were on the ninth floor). Only one elevator worked and it was pretty grimy but we never had to wait long. The price was quite reasonable. Shower worked wonderfully. Room was huge. We had a separate living room area but it was a little old looking. Overall we would recommend it
