The whole entire staffs made our 2 nights special celebration extremely outstanding there is no words I can explain. Me and my boyfriend feel super welcome and accommodated during out whole entire stay. Will definitely be back and stay here again

Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From the moment you arrive, everything feels exceptional; the location is unbeatable, surrounded by a magical alpine landscape that feels straight out of a postcard. The setting overlooking the mountains is simply breathtaking, especially in the mornings and evenings. The atmosphere of the hotel is warm, elegant, and timeless, making every moment feel special. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every single team member was genuinely warm, attentive, and professional, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Their hospitality added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. An unforgettable stay in St. Moritz; luxurious yet comforting, refined yet heartfelt. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly memorable alpine escape.

The suite was new and very clean. Toilet was very small, and the towel heating rack was not working. Room temperature cannot be warmer in winter as there is no heating. The buffet breakfast spread was amazing. The restaurant staff must be commended: Fabio, Nabli & Sebastion at the egg station.

Property and rooms are beautiful. Very expensive.

The service was impeccable from the time my Wife and I was picked up at train station. I very highly recommend this hotel. The best service you will ever receive.

Amazing staff, wonderful food and fantastic hotel in one of my favorites towns.

Air conditioning wasn't available, so had to leave windows open at night. A little noise as a result. If it was any hotter, could have become a big problem. Room was spacious and enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Spa area was outstanding, including the five suana options. Primarily ate in the bar versus sitting down for dinner, liked eating in the bar lounge.

The complimentary breakfast buffet is awesome; best we have ever experienced anywhere in the world! If in St. Moritz you must stay here.

Wow! Blown away by the details in this place and super clean. A light switch at your night stand to turn off ALL lights in the room at night. How wonderfully thought out! Every amenity. Spa, indoor pool. Wow, wow, wow.

The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff made us feel very welcoming. The team at breakfast were superb. We have cancelled one day in Urich and extended in Kempinski for this reason. Hope to come back soon

like - *historic building with excellent facilities. *The dining options and restaurant staff are excellent. don't like - *tough walk for skiers to the lift. a property like this should make arrangements to transports skiers to lifts. I had blisters on my knees by the end of my stay. * there should be more options for kids to play games.
