The staff are incredibly friendly and the hotel is clean.

room was not cleaned for my second day.

Check inn was good, friendly and fast. Our room was clean and found beds comfortable. Wasn’t a be fan of breakfast, fruit was in bad shape and hot food didn’t taste great. Swimming pool was absolutely full as was kids competition weekend.

The staff here are the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve encountered in hospitality. They helped me get my missing jacket (lost and found) shipped back to me. Before that though on our first night they helped get a room with a better desk in it. Everyone says hi, good morning, etc. I wish more hotels had good staff. They need a little TLC time on the room furniture. We actually moved two separate rooms due to wobbly desks (my family can be klutzy) and bad desks were in both rooms. The room ac/heater unit was a little loud and had an erratic fan sound happening. Probably just needs cleaning. Anyway - I love the cookies at the front desk and that there was always coffee downstairs in the lobby.

For a basic hotel, it was great. Lots of fun for sports groups bc the water slide area is great and room for parents to get together. The rooms are very clean, there is cookies and coffee always available, and overall just a really comfortable, well-kept hotel in a smaller city. I would stay here again when we come for another visit to Medicine Hat.

Clean room and quiet!!

The breakfast menu was good and kept well stocked. The room we had was large and clean and the pool was a nice size, and designed in a way that kept splashing of the waterslide away from casual swimmers.

If you're looking for peace and quiet. Make sure you ask if there are hockey or ball teams staying there its was loud being above the pool sucked !!
