Our check in and check out staff were extraordinary. Arriving late at a hotel and experiencing a excellent service is priceless. Wilmer i beieve is the check in person working the late shift is exceptional.

We went for funeral service after the devastating incident at the jet set night club in Santo Domingo, and the kind welcome words at check in by Wilmer Medine were very much appreciated.The service at the restaurant during breakfast is exceptional as well as at the bar. The staff serving the room were the kindest ever and at checkout Rafael Sosa made out departure easier and comfortable. Thank you Embajador Family

Location, amenities and facilities

The property was beautiful and classy, the staff was friendly and attentive. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed facilities like the gym, pool, casino and a live pianist and violinist performance by the bar.
