All was great except the elevators. I anded up going up and down the stairs most of their trip

Everything was ok, except there was no coffee/tea machine in the rooms. I asked for hot water and paid for it! Also, one of the three elevators was out of order for several days, and due to the large number of passengers, we waited a long time for the elevators.

Hotel is very well located. Old, needs renovation. Breakfast is ok, not superb.

Dirty shower upon arrival. Except for the bed and a powerful shower, everything is garbage. TV didn’t work and The guest service never made an attempt to get me a better room. The breakfast (extra charge) it’s as good as any 2 star hotel. The front desk never asked me if I had a car, or provided information where to park, I had to figure it out. There is people walking around the parking area, that approach the hotel guest at anytime to sell “payers”. I was approached from behind at 11:30 pm as I was getting my luggage from the trunk , and there is no security. NOT SAFE. TOO EXPENSIVE. NOT WORTH!!!

Staff and facility were great. Wonderful breakfast with a huge variety of food and drinks. Rooms are really comfortable and spacious. Overall I was very satisfied.

Convenient location across from two shopping malls. I wish they had at least a bottle of drinking water and the self-help coffee kit in the room for the price. Reception and Concierge Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The whole furniture in the room very bad conditions, the plugs in the walls very bad conditions too, the carpet very old.

My second stay I like it so much. Great location, spacious rooms. It’s clean and the staff is friendly and efficient.

The photos show rooms renovated with no carpet, but I was put on the 6th floor which is all carpeted and old. First I was put in room 602 that had wallpaper coming off the wall, smelly carpet and two single very uncomfortable beds. I could not sleep the first night. The next morning I asked to change rooms to a room with a double bed and no carpet. I was put in 622 with a much nicer king bed and more comfortable, but still carpeted. The hallway carpet smelled so bad it was hard to breath. I think it is from chemicals they spray on it, although I am not sure.

Clean hotel and overall good place. Staff was friendly as helpful.
