Clean rooms, quiet despite being across the street from a hospital complex, very easy access to tram and train service. Customer service overall was top notch. The only suggestion is they should let guests know during check-in that the code to enter AND exit the parking lot resets every morning.

Parking good for hospital access, we feel it was a bit over priced for that area. Not many places to eat at night you only have the pub which needs a bit doing to it. On a hole it was an average stay.

I enjoyed my stay. Room was comfortable and quiet and the cafe was excellent.

Room was disgustingly unclean, found pubic hairs on toilet seat and in shower, and the room had a really bad stale mouldy smell, whole hotel stinks of cigarettes, everything is nicotine stained including the lights and air-con units. Staff were friendly enough, but hotel felt unsafe and dodgy, I would not put my dog in this hotel, truly horrible and horrific
