Breakfast area throwing things around in the kitchen, several people complain the registration very nice. The property is old and needs and remodeling. Inside the rooms, air quality toxic inside the room. We only stayed one night because we afraid we get sick. Other people were complaining.

Overall stay was good. The room was clean. Bathroom was a little dirty. Both beds were very firm. The staff was nice except for the breakfast lady. She was very rude. The breakfast was good.

Room was clean , staff was nice, hotel is not new but well kept , excellent breakfast.

From the minute, I checked in there were issues, including someone suspiciously working behind the counter on the credit card machine. (I’m still disputing a double charge for my three day stay!) one of the vanity lights continually flickered, & the carpeting, tile grout and door jams/everything was in desperate need of a deep cleaning or renovation. It’s the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at where a Scammer called in directly to my room trying to get my personal information and saying they were the front desk. There were workers lurking in the hallways and on cell phones as you walked down corridors and the same front desk guy working on the credit card machine suspiciously working with two other men in one of the rooms. I’m not sure what exactly was going on there, but it was all very suspicious. I’ve also never had to dispute a double charge on a hotel room until now. I even mentioned the pending charge on my credit card when I checked out and was basically dismissed and told that the charge would fall off. Well, it didn’t and my bill is due and is charging me twice. I will probably never stay at a Best Western again.

The property and amenities were nice, however the pool was only open one day out of the 3 we were there. Our sink was stopped up and our room did not get cleaned nor were we given clean towels. The highlight of the stay for me was the made to order omelets for breakfast.

The interiors could have been more updated since the exterior is so beautiful!

What a surprise this hotel was. We normally stay at the Hamptons off of I-75 but at $175 a night forced us to look elsewhere and luckily this popped up. Cheaper and better, and one of the better breakfasts included if your into that. This hotel adds about 10-15 minutes to our drive but is totally worth it.

Nice area/ pool area really nice .

I like this Best Western location. However, housekeeping needs to update the linen, specifically the towels.

Need to clean their bed sheets better.

Very nice hotel. Pool area was very inviting. Nice omelet station for breakfast. Hotel is close to many local activities and I75.

Some updates to rooms could be used. There was a lack of working outlets in the room and ripped bath towels.

The availability of a personal freshly cooked omelette at breakfast, and the Hot Tub and surrounds were excellent. Generally the hotel is very good, and this was our second stay

Amazing all of the staff was so accommodating and awesome. It was completely clean. We were going through a bereavement stay and they treated us with such respect. The food was great. Patricia made the best omelettes.

Conveniently located just off the I 75 in a small safe business park. Lots of on site parking , gym pool etc but not much choice of places to eat if you didn’t want to use the on site restaurant. Breakfast was ok with good choice

This place was pretty decent. The room was spacious but it was a little outdated (old appliances). It was ok for one night that we were passing by. It had a pool and jacuzzi. The best part was the breakfast which had an omelette station. It was a decent stay.
