Great staff and location.

The rooms are really spacious, the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good. The hotel is situated at a great location in the city if you need easy access to local transport and walk to the central or around sites. It's a bit noisy during the day but quiets down by night. Plenty of restaurants around, local and otherwise.

The hotel is located in the business center of the city. We had a spacious room with nice bathroom. The reception staff were all polite and efficient. Breakfast was good and had many choices. The perk was a water machine on the floor by the elevator. So we had clean fresh water at all times.

worst sleep of our trip. Bed was small, air was horribly dry, so much we couldn't sleep and the pillows were thin and lumpy

The MDM Hotel is our "go to" in Warsaw. We often book rooms when we bring groups from the States. We love the location near the city center with plenty of nearby restaurants and good transportation options. Every time we stay, our room is a different shape or size - but always accommodating. This time, the room was quite large with views of the main plaza. The staff is always so helpful. We highly recommend the MDM Hotel.

Clean room, a bit smaller and warmer than I had expected but comfortable nonetheless. No real food available in the bar area (just nuts and crisps) but places to eat nearby. Location is convenient but the traffic and square below does generate some noise if you are sensitive sleeper...

Room was very large and comfortable- full control of temperature, very comfortable bed. Tv channels mainly in Polish - only the news in English.
