Parking right next door, very convenient. Brief but pleasant walk into town. Wonderful experience first thing in the morning in the park opposite - abundant wild life, magical.

Ideal location in the city centre. Next to a beautiful park and short walk to the train station. Professional friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Comfy large room but no air con. Good parking for suv just a little tight to enter through the door. Would definitely come back to this hotel and visit the wonderful city and people of Valladolid again.

Great location, friendly staff, good room size, clean, breakfast was good and could order hot food. Only thing that let this place down was the patchy internet connection.

Hotel is in good location, looks good initially in foyer area. But rooms are tired and need upgrades. Carpets numerous holes, wallpaper patchy with repairs, very few electrical sockets and only one near bed, no modern usb ports. Bedding & towels excellent quality. Good soaps & shampoo. No iron & board in room. Good breakfast. No English Channel on tv. Difficult to see why it is 4star.

Good hotel for the location. Very central and close to the train station. The rooms are a little bit dated but the reception and lounge area is very nice. Staff are super helpful and friendly.

We loved the hotel for many reasons. The staff was very friendly, the location is excellent, at 6 minutes walking from main station, next to a beautiful park and close to the city center. The breakfast is very extensive and varied. The room and bathroom were large, clean and elegant.

Very nice, friendly staff person welcomed us, knew that we have stayed here before, and was very quick and pleasant. The rooms are spacious and have everything you'd want. It is in an excellent location within walking distance of the train station which is important to us. We like the nearby promendade also. The building is beautiful and the inside is classic. The breakfast has a great variety and is a nice way to start your day.

El mobiliario de la habitacion muy viejo, el cristal de la ban̈era estaba suelto siendo esto un problema de seguridad, el olor a madera en la habitacion era muy fuerte y para colmo NO tenia acondicionador de aire sino calefaccion. Esto debe ser eleccion del huesped si utiliza el a/c o la calefaccion y no una imposicion del hotel ya que no es gratis la estadia. Si asi funciona deben alertar al huesped al hacer la reserxacion.
