Well located hotel and a very friendly staff, our room was superb

Lovely building, very clean, helpful staff, good for dogs as river opposite for walking. Easy to walk into centre, good pizza place nearby. Easier underground parking but still a bit tight. Couldn’t have breakfast with dog downstairs but they where very helpful and offered us room service which was great.

This is the property to stay at if you’re visiting Burgos. The hotel is beautiful, parking is very convenient and the staff, in particularly Roberto, Caridad and Fabiola, make your stay very enjoyable. This hotel is a must experience.

Parking was horrific! Incredibly tight in the underground, a major traffic jam trying to get out in the morning.

We visited the city of Burgos last Monday February 16th,2026. We were looking for a 5-star hotel with a great location and we just found more than that!! The NH collection palace was extraordinary. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the heart of Burgos main cathedral, restaurants, and monuments. We are coming back for sure!

Rooms a bit dated and air conditioning didn’t work properly so was very warm and difficult to sleep. Gym is ok but could benefit from some exercise/yoga mats. Breakfast was very nice.

Regular hotel

Nice location, very dated hotel, but clean. Although parking is on premise, they can’t guarantee you get a spot. I was fortunate to get one of the last spots. It’s very tight space, even to get in to their garage. Had to turn in both side mirrors. It’s a”4 star hotel” but there is no one to help you with your suitcases, traveling with my mom so we had to make a couple of trips to the garage. They didn’t have a trolley when we got there or when we left. . Location is wonderful so if you are not driving and packing light it’s fine.

This hotel was located right across from the old Part of the city an easy walk to the cathedral. Room were spacious and comfortable
