Grossly overpriced. $207 gets you very little. Bad neighborhood, thin walls so you’ll listen to your neighbors all night, marginal cleanliness, toiletries empty in the shower. No free internet. 3 years ago, this would have cost you $98 and included a free breakfast.

Wrong room type, room smelled like wet dogs, breakfast was mediocre.

The check in process is easy. Download the app and check in. Check in is at 3, we arrived at 5, and had to go to the desk because it said our room wasn't ready. You're supposed to have a digital key, but it is always "on the way" so we had to go to the desk and get a physical one. The app says parking is $10, but when you pay, it's $21. The hotel is clean. The room was nice. I wouldn't walk past the hotel property though.

When we asked the girl the front desk esteem checking where to eat the place she recommended on the paper, when we got there, there were 2 hookers out front worth therefore pimp

The property had a nice facelift, but the common areas, ventilation system, and general feeling of the property did not live up to the usual experience at a Hilton Garden Inn. The bedframe was very noisy, the room seemed excessively humid despite using AC, the elevator needed some touch up. Nothing terrible, but just not quite up to expectations. The neighborhood is not conducive to walking at night.

Quiet location 😌

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was better, the room was in better condition. This time, the room smelled damp and the carpet was dirty. The room and bathroom were clean, but the carpet was sticky, and the comforter had a yellow stain on it, which didn't inspire confidence.

Bed bugs are bad here, tore my body up with bites.. don't recommend this place to anyone... I feel they owe me a refund...

The bartender was very accommodating very nice. The staff was not that friendly. The hotel was dirty. Elevator was dirty stains all over the floor. Laundry room was not working didn’t bother to inform the people before we went to stay there. The rest of the staff was not that friendly

-The toilet handle would often not work and toilet would run until you removed the tank cover to adjust the tank components to allow the tank to stop running. -The bed had two metal bracket's sticking out from the side of the bed which we scraped our legs on multiple times. -We ate breakfast both days staying here and it was average at best. For paying $12/person for the breakfast buffet, you'd expect more options and better quality. Both days we ate over an hour before breakfast was over and the food was extremely low. An employee walked the buffet to check on food but then walked away without getting more food. Definitely learned our lesson not to eat breakfast here again. Most hotels that have basic continental breakfast included have a better selection and quality than what you had to pay premium prices for here.

Our bathroom amenities were all empty and our remote never worked.

Loved it

The staff here were wonderful and helpful. Seemed like it may have been understaffed though. The surroundings were ok but didn’t seem like there were many places to go to like restaurants or parks but I could be wrong. Carpets seemed a bit older and musty and the chlorine smell from the pool was pretty strong in the lobby.
