To say this is a 4-star hotel is over exaggerated. It's basic, overall outdated in decor, carry your own luggage...even to hold them in the ground floor holding closet if needed. Did have parking and great location.

Nice hotel, ideally situated in the heart of the old town. Communication with the hotel was good before arriving. Very convenient as well with parking (for a fee), but they helped parking the car as it was very narrow. The room we had was spacious, but it was a bit noisy as it was facing a street with many restaurants. Except that, I have nothing to complain.

This place is close to everything; staff is very helpful and courteous. I recommend this place.

Perfect location just steps away from the New Bridge. The cafeteria is convenient for a quick breakfast. The staff was nice and helpful.

Parking

Lovely hotel. Great position in Ronda. Easy to find and the car was parked for us. Wish we'd stayed longer!

We arrived by hire car and were immediately met by a member of staff who welcomed us and parked our vehicle - grateful for this as the car park is under the hotel and spaces/turning very narrow! The room was comfortable and the staff very helpful. Close to everything! My wife is vegan and this was accommodated with an excellent choice at breakfast. We found the hotel brilliant value and would recommend.

Hôtel super bien situé, grandes chambres, personnel super serviable, parking, déjeuner moyen tout en demeurant ok. Bon café.

Our room was a bit noisy and the only window was to an inaccessible, minimal courtyard for natural lighting.

Staff was good. Bed was comfortable. A good size for two people. Nice shower. The bad was that the TV did not have apps like Netflix and no hdmi input for a roku. Also, not quiet, for some reason I hear doors slam in the morning. Soundproofing is mediocre.

Extremely helpful staff. Valet parking for all guests, which was incredibly convenient for older cities such as Ronda. Staff were very kind and gave strong restaurant recommendations when asked. Overall, a great stay

Bed only but valet parking and reception staff all to a good and friendly standard. Location is excellent and central for all local landmarks.

AC didn’t work well, maybe it was centrally controlled. It did not feel comfortable while sleeping.

Great location. Basic hotel with parking available. Nothing special or snazzy about it. Some of the staff were super nice, some not. Overall it was fine. Would recommend as it’s fine value, but nothing unique.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel everything was perfect. Location was perfect and the on site parking made it so easy
