Excellent reception staff, breakfast and room. Location close right in city centre within walking distance of all ourist and transport destinations.

The room was a good size and had a very nice traditional upscale look, and comfortable soft bed. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of choices.

Rooms are dated but in good condition. Bedding is extremely comfortable! The rooms were a good size The location of the hotel is central and surrounded by plentiful spots to eat or have a glass of wine. The hotel breakfast which was included was a wonderful buffet. Fresh breads, pastries and breakfast foods.

I booked a room with Hotels.com, but when I checked in at 7 pm, there was no room available. Overbooked. I had to spend about an hour on the phone with Hotels to solve the issue. It usually works fine, but spending an hour to solve a problem that I haven't created isn't right.

The location, style

Lovely hotel in a very convenient location. The service to keep your luggage after check out was very useful and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough. Lovely decor. I went in offseason so it was cheap.

We had a wonderful stay at Elite Plaza. There were three of us ladies annd we had our own rooms. Our rooms were the single bed and were perfect for us. The breakfast buffet on Sunday was fabulous. It did seem to get a little less with the service and foods as the days went on. It is in the perfect location. Close to the train and tram. Walked everywhere. Haga is very close by. We would definitely recommend this hotel! Staff was willing to answer all our questions!

It was good experience as a first time being in Gothenburg. The staff were friendly and helpful with a great attitude all the time.

Reception staff, breakfast, bar and cleaning staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was everything I needed and required, breakfast superb with so much choice, I also had dinner in the hotel one evening, very good. The fact that there was a “go green” label to put on my hotel door was excellent as there was no need for my room to be cleaned every day. A great stay and would highly recommend any Elite Hotel around Europe.
