I liked the beach front restaurant , buffet

It was a great hotel and loved the ambience

The pictures of the hotel are deceiving. It makes it look like a resort but it is small and feels tight. I will never stay here again. Too Many children, ugh!

They don’t give a good service at the property

The Hotel has a perfect location on the Beach, but its an Old Hotel. The room was wery damp inside. But the worst part was the elevators... They were stopping at almost every floor due to some fault, and when you live in the 15'th floor you can imagine the frustration.

The hotel needs a better maintenance, a deep cleaning in the bathroom, the pool as well, in the beach take out the gazebos they look horrible and the plastic tables as well,the breakfast food delicious the staff was wonderful,Medardo , Xochllt,Daniel,Sergio, Norma,the cleaning Lady 9th floor.

Elevators were not working properly. Amazing location.

El servicio en general está bien. Pero hay detallitos que hacen la diferencia. Por momentos las áreas comunes están sucias o desordenadas

This hotel had a great, helpful staff but is old and outdated. The sheets had many stains and fan and AC was very loud and smelled like mold. The breakfast buffet was awesome and there were nice views from the rooms. Lunch and dinner options were not as great, but still ok. I will say that the location is good and there were lots of restaurants and shops working walking distance. We will return to Acapulco but will not stay here again.

Great stuff and stay

Please put somebody in the bathrooms to dry the floor of the toilettes at the lobby.

Exelente lugar y la opción todo incluído,recomendado,no paras de comer!!! Y todo riquísimo,instalaciones limpias y lugares para comer cerca si no traes el todo incluído,no hay estacionamiento pero me parece buen precio por día y está segurísimo ,

Everything great people , clean , close to shopping

The service for drinks very slow actually I ordered drinks never got them waited a long time and left to go somewhere else

The hotel is really nice with a great beach. The food and drinks in the all inclusive option are really good.

Fast service food week day

Property was excellent. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice swimming pools, beach access and very clean accommodations. Oxxo was just across street for any needs you might want for the beach. Snacks and drinks. It is a family friendly place so expect the pools to be busy on the weekends. But I definitely would stay again.

The best service!

Other than the breakfasts, all the rest of the meals served with the all-inclusive option lacked variety of choice. Not to mention the odd hours / rules for the all inclusive food and drink package. Everything closes by 10:00pm and around 12:00 they even kick you out of the pool / balcony areas that have the views of the beach. So if you are hungry or thirsty after 10:00pm you are out of lucky unless you buy something out front at the close by oxxo convenient store… which defeats the purpose of purchasing an all inclusive package. They said on Fridays they have a bar with a billiards table open at night with signs saying they are open until either 1:00am or 2:00am (two different conflicting signs) We came downstairs to that bar in the lobby for drinks at 12:00 thinking we had until at least 1:00am and we walk in and they tell us it’s closed… I pointed to the signs that conflict what they are saying and they said no sorry then proceeded to take down one of the signs… Overall I’m very disappointed. This hotel could have potential if they modernize the look and feel, add a traditional sit down restaurant where you order food (not just buffets) and keep at least one area open late for a little nightlife. As is this hotel has zero nightlife and this is coming from people with young kids…
