A very nice, luxurious hotel with easy access to the BTS. The price is also very affordable.

Very good location, close to BTS station, convenience stores, restaurants, convenient to go anywhere.

The staff were excellent, extremely friendly, but there were some actions that shouldn't be shown in front of customers, such as laughing. You might deny it, but the actions were taken while the customer was on the phone and had some problems, like forgetting their card number or something. This can happen to anyone. - Instructing customers on how to use the app. One of the staff members gave excellent advice and was very kind. I sincerely thank you, as I'm getting older and less skilled at these things. Thank you for teaching me the first time. But there was another person standing next to me and telling me to do it myself. Hmm. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The hotel is not new, the lobby on the first floor is very nice, the staff is friendly, however the hallway smells very bad, the room has no slippers, no tissues, the TV is very small and old, the lights are a bit dark, the bathroom has no toothbrush, only towels. The soundproofing is very poor, I can clearly hear what the room next door is saying. For a 4-star hotel and the price is not cheap, the service is bad. I hope the hotel improves.

staff was confuse when I book with another name take too long time to settle. No issues with other hotel . check in after 3pm. Too long waiting. very hesitate to return my 1 thousand baht when I decided not to check in. staff not well trained

Old hotel room, air conditioner not cold, room smells old, no power outlet, hair dryer without plug in the bathroom. Air conditioner in the lobby is colder than the bedroom. Friendly staff

The hotel's central location makes it easy to reach popular attractions like Platinum, December's, Central World, and Big C. It's also within walking distance. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel grounds is quite adequate.

It is very convenient because it is next to the BTS station, Ratchathewi Station, which is convenient for traveling to the shopping center.

I got a very good price for the old hotel, but the location is really perfect, at the city center. BTS connects directly to the hotel, easy to catch a taxi, breakfast is also great.

Some receptionists are very friendly but some dont. Housekeepers are nice with their smile.

Near BTS, near shopping malls, near Siam, easy to find food.
