Wonderful stay, very friendly service

Staff made my birthday feel extra special! I stayed here years ago and was excited to see that the heated floors were still a thing but was a little disappointed that the speakers are no longer connected to the tv. Still had an overall great stay.

Wonderful property in close proximity to everything you would need. Will stay again

This was the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at. Staff were incredibly kind and the rooms were so lovely. The washrooms had heated floors and there were large windows with remote controlled blackout blinds. Would love to stay again!

Very clean, great location. Love it.

Great place and friendly staff. Only issue was the construction going on for the restaurant was felt in the room on the 3rd floor. Loud banging and vibration at times.

It was a little expensive for me and my daughter. But i enjoyed the accommodations

Was in Toronto for 2 Yankees games...the hotel was fabulous and the staff was even better..location was perfect also

Very nice stay. Safe and comfortable. I loved the bathroom especially the tub. The hot tub was huge and comfortable. Room was very spacious.

Great hotel with friendly staff. The location was ideal for the Blue Jays stadium and is only a short walk to the waterfront. Room was lovely, comfortable and well appointed. We didn't try the restaurant or café but we did notice that the restaurant was extremely busy on the Saturday night we stayed. We would recommend the SOHO and wished we had booked it on our return to Toronto at the end of our trip.

Sophie at the Front Desk was amazing and helpful. We were greeted with a complimentary upgrade and nice view as well as some welcome gifts. Will come back in the future:)

This Hotel is by far the best Hotel I have ever stayed in. They go out of their way for you . We were there for a birthday and they decorated the room well past my expectations.

Loved it being walking distance to the downtown area!

Staff were wonderful. We were able to check in 2 hours before the 3pm check in time. Will be booking

Just….WOW!!

Check in was quick. Room is nice, clean. Bed is comfortable. Looooove the washroom. It’s big, water pressure in shower is fantastic and the heated floors is something I have ever experienced in a hotel room, but wow, such a nice touch.
