Seaside location

It is a nice older hotel. Clean with comfortable beds and bedding. The lounge and restaurant staff doesn’t care if they wait on you or not. I suggest eating and drinking elsewhere.

hotel requires significant improvements specially on bathrooms, renew towels and replace curtains, etc. The staff seems more concerned about their cell phones than attending guests, cause for a mediocre level of service.

Wonderful stay

Great location hotel for business meeting.

Overall, our stay was pretty good - most of the staff are friendly and the room was clean and everything you'd expect from a hotel room. Arriving at the hotel, it doesn't have the clearest sign - it looks like the hotel is called Hotel Antofagasta although on closer inspection there is a squiggly P afterwards. Maybe this justifies the reaction of the doorman when asking if we were in the right place (in Spanish) as maybe he thought it was a silly question, but I think just pointing at the doormat (which does have the name as you'd expect to see it) whilst frowning as his response is a bit rude. The free welcome drink at their bar is a nice touch and the room was clean. I slept quite well - the beds were quite comfy, although if you do book a 'City View' room, bear in mind that the windows don't block out the sound at all, and it's right next to the main road through the city, which also includes a small train track.

Was very pleased with my stay. Good location and good value. WiFi was a bit subpar.

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast and the best location n a beach, close to the plaza and mall shopping.

The original intention was a stopover in our way to San Pedro de Atacama, but then found out the beauty and landmarks of Antofagasta. It's a place to visit.

Great people here. Very friendly and the view from the ocean side is awesome.
