The room is very spacious, the facilities are very complete. Hot water works well. There are flashlights and emergency lights that work when the power goes out for 3 hours. There are various country plugs including Indonesia, so it is safe. Nice view from the room. Recommended.

Actually it’s an old 5 stars hotel which many previous leader of the world stayed here before, breakfast was superb.. very complete with various of Delicious Chinese oriental food and also International Americans an breakfast style. In the lobby they have 7 eleven that open for 24 hours, placed in front of the shenzhen’s railway station that you can go to Hong Kong or Guangzhou easily, very close to a money changer that have a good rate.. overall I feel satisfy during my stay at Best Western Premier Felicity Hotel

hotel is comfortable and good location, however the map is incorrect, I was lost and I have to take taxi twice.

Best Western is very cheap for hotel class 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟. the rooms are very nice, the lift is plenty and fast. don't worry about getting needs at low prices such as mineral water and snacks, because in the lower lobby there is a seven eleven minimarket at the same price as another branch

Location is just as l expected right in front of Metro Station. Easy access. Breakfast meet my expectation

Room is dark, the towels have some kind of smell, and the staff can't really speak English.

Pas fit here is really busy, queuing but the english receptionist is pretty decent. So very helpful. Comfortable, there's a sevel inside. Diditak starved though its contents sodara-sodaranya chivas regal all, recommended.

Low ceiling and old room. No shower in flexible cord shower type. it is not convenient. Not worth for pricing.

It was a great stay with good value of money but for foreigners, most of the staff can not speak English.

Lack of directions to the hotel so we asked other people and should be looking for a hotel for a while.

I enjoy stay at Best Western Feilcity Hotel, wish can bring all my family to stay there.
