Yes, wonderful breakfast, excellent, service, kind and very professional people. They are business friendly and talk to you. Nobody is cold. There are shops around, several stores in the first floor of United Nation Building next door. Iguatemi mall is very close by.

The noise is close to unbearable. Get a high floor to reduce it.

This hotel met my definition of luxury and class. The staff was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. I ordered room service two nights in a row. The food portions were fulfilling and the preparation and taste was perfect both times.

It was fine for a one day stay. The hotel has seen better days.

I love the setting of the dinning area, breakfast is very rich and there’s even a piano playing. I find it very unique. Everyone is always very friendly.

If you need a good nights sleep, do not sleep on the front of the hotel. Across the street they have a nightclub. They also have an indoor/outdoor soccer facility where they could be having tournaments all the way till one in the morning and they also have an event center that’s mostly outdoors where they could be partying till two or three in the morning so if you have an important meeting in the morning, I would recommend asking for a room in the back of the hotel.

The staff was amazing but breakfast was most memorable. Food excellent, ambience exceptional. Live piano music icing on the top.
