The room was great! I loved that it had two bedrooms. Wish we would have had more time to spend in the downtown area.

The staff was really nice & the breakfast was really good. Everyone was kind and respectful. I’d definitely stay again.

Great location and all the amenities you expect from Residence Inn. Full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishes in kitchen. Maybe a little dated and some maintenance issues (crack in the wall)

The kitchen was great to have. This was like a one bedroom apartment to stay in while travelling. Great location. Walkable to nearby shops and dining. The bus stops a few blocks away to take you down town for free.

Great location, spacious suites. Just a bit noisy from the traffic in the neighborhood, due to having cracked open windows due to ac units.

So old! Bad maintenance not like a Marriott level

While it is an older property with older color schemes the weekday cafeteria ladies are wonderful and breakfast is included each day. The beds and pillows are comfortable with large screen Tv & full kitchen.

Great set up with outdoor entrance to street. Good location. Comfortable beds. Lighting is a bit dim. Breakfast is great.

We ended up waiting such a long time for the elevator. There are 6 floors with 126 rooms and there was only 1 elevator. Many others were complaining of the same thing. We used the stairs when we could but one of our family members has disabilities and stairs were difficult.

We never stayed at this hotel. We canceled our stay but still got charged by Hotels.com. We are VERY UNHAPPY WITH HOTELS.com. We tried their chat room and have not received any response.

We chose this hotel for location and price. It ended up being a nice choice. Parking was easy and reasonable. Staff at front desk were helpful and courteous.

The parking was more than bizarre given the set up of the rooms and their proximity to the garage. Also, large vehicles parked terribly taking up more than one spot. I enjoyed the room but once the toddler moved in upstairs it was a very noisy stay.

We enjoy staying at Residence Inn hotels because they have a kitchen in the room. We don't like to go out all the time. This Residence Inn was right in the middle of the city - with tons of stores and restaurants just a short walk away. Also very close to Hyvee Arena where we needed to go for a dance competition. The room was comfortable and clean. It was also quiet, considering we were in the middle of the city. The only small issue was a persistent water puddle on the floor near the toilet - seems like there was a plumbing leak happening.

Staff was very courteous and like the breakfast room a lot!

Appreciate the front desk being so accommodating, professional and kind. Nice breakfast and good location. Parking garage is crazy small and the structure on the inside is showing it’s age.
